Our mission is to partner with non-profits and public institutions to apply research for community wellness.
Every project that we conduct is tailored to the individual needs of the client. Our versatility is evidenced in the spectrum of organizations with whom we have worked. Each project follows a disciplined yet iterative approach.

We work with a team of experts throughout the United States. They are executive directors, professors, researchers, and administrators. Most have the added distinction of being Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) fellows.
Tamu Nolfo, PhD is an RWJF fellow and certified prevention specialist. She is accomplished in integrating the latest research developments and community needs into strategies for youth and family wellness. She has proven ability in community mobilization, youth development, program management, program planning, research, training and setting organizational direction.
Paul Nolfo has over 20 years experience as an executive administrator. He designed strategic plans for Girls and Boys Town of New York, Sacramento Business Volunteers for the Arts, and American Diabetes Association of California. He was also instrumental in the development of strategic plans for the California Academy of Sciences and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. Mr. Nolfo is additionally trained in continuous process improvement techniques and has facilitated several projects utilizing those skills.
